Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Each piece is carefully handmade in small batches. Because of the nature of our work and as a small business, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. You can contact us anytime at mykococeramics@gmail.com to help you make the right choice.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at mykococeramics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we require the following to review any claim:
- Photos of the damaged piece
- Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
- Your order number
This helps us determine if the damage occurred during shipping.
If approved, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.
Please note:
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to decline claims that do not include enough evidence
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
As all items are handmade and created in limited quantities, all sales are final. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on:
- Regular items
- Sale items
- Custom pieces
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
