Shipping Policy

All pieces are carefully handmade and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within Guatemala and internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Orders over $90 USD will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

 

Important information:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Koco Ceramics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we take great care in packaging each piece, Koco Ceramics will not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
